Thank You for Hosting!

Beth Stafford is a real estate agent with Long & Foster, a real estate agency that delivers an all-inclusive experience with integrated services in real estate, mortgage, settlement, insurance, moving and more.

Beth brings a strategic and personable approach to the home buying and selling process. She is committed to listening to her clients' needs and providing them with excellent customer service. Her passion for real estate, love of RVA, and desire to help people are the perfect combination of skills to help buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.

What started off as an interest in finding an entrepreneurial lifelong career, quickly turned into a passion for touring properties, and guiding people through one of the most monumental moments of their life – buying and selling a home. For Beth, there is nothing more satisfying than meeting new people, hearing their stories, and helping them reach their real estate goals. Even after 17 years in real estate, she is always looking for new and innovative ideas to help her clients and her business. Connect with Beth here!

Regina DiLauro Fay's love for design started in the 80’s as a little girl going to a NYC art school with her mom. She would sit in her advertising classes and learn that everyone has something to offer; that all design ideas are worthy. . . but certain concepts fit some people better than others. Her design philosophy feels the same. Regina loves and appreciates many design styles but ultimately, her job is to uncover what style speaks to her clients. She loves getting to know them and creating a design specifically for them and their lifestyle.

Regina DF Designs officially began as a mural painting side job over 20 years ago once she completed her BFA in Fine Arts from Syracuse University. That’s when she fell in love with transforming interiors. Over the years, she has expanded into product design, residential renovations & full-service Interior Design with clients all over the US. Her clients are my true joy - when she can transform a space and see a client smile and relax into it, it makes everything amazing!
