Julie Hill, Primis Bank

Julie is Senior Vice President at Primis Bank. Under her direction, Primis provides financial tools, business resources, education, and networking opportunities to 1600+ business owners. Julie is also the Director of Primis Works, a program that empowers single mothers with tools to change their lives. 


Tracy Lewis, BDO
In 2017, Tracy became the first woman appointed to partner in BDO’s Richmond office. She has over 16 years of public accounting experience, serving a range of publicly and privately held clients in many industries. 



Cathy Williams, Ferguson Enterprises

Cathy is Ferguson’s business diversity and government administration manager. She is responsible for the company-wide supplier diversity program and compliance of government small business contracts. Under her leadership, Ferguson has received several awards for the company Supplier Diversity program.
