About the Panelists

Amy Pruett is an intellectual property attorney who counsels companies on protecting, maintaining and enforcing their rights in brands, names, marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property assets. She is experienced in litigating, negotiating, and resolving business disputes, including domain name, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, World Intellectual Property Organization, Virginia State Courts, and U.S. Federal Courts.


Dawn DeBoer has more than 30 years of family law experience. She has been named among Virginia Business’ Legal Elite for more than 10 years and is proud to have been recognized as an outstanding attorney by SuperLawyers. She was appointed as a Commissioner in Chancery to assist local courts in overseeing certain matters, including divorce trials. She has presented numerous seminars to bar associations, paralegal associations, Certified Public Accountants and other professional groups. 


Colleen Quinn is the director of Quinn Law Centers, which has received numerous accolades including being named among the Best Law Firms in America, SuperLawyers Top 100, and Virginia’s Legal Elite.
