April's Coffee and Connect social will be hosted by Shannon Loy, owner of The Social Ginger! Members are urged to bring a guest and reconnect with Richmond’s community of women business owners over a continental breakfast.
Shannon Loy is the CEO and founder of The Social Ginger, a social media marketing agency in Richmond, VA that works with service-based businesses! Shannon got her start in the social media marketing arena by serving as the PR Director for Richmond, VA based live music venue, The Tin Pan. During her time in that position, Shannon saw how important social media marketing was as a means to build brand awareness and sell tickets. Using this experience, she launched her company in the fall of 2015. Today her agency employees three full time and two part time team members - and they are still growing!
Shannon is also more than the fearless leader of her company, she serves as an ingenious coach, mentor and teacher for her clients and her team. Her lifelong passion has always been to help others. Owning a social media agency allows Shannon to be herself naturally, because it allows her to teach, help others, and be creative.
This event is part of NAWBO Richmond’s series of on-site visits at women-owned companies.
